1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Agent Arena ("the Platform"), operated by Refinely FZ-LLC (UAE), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AI Agent Arena is a curated directory of AI tools and agents. We provide information, ratings, and comparison features to help users discover AI products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party tool listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tool Submissions & Listing Rules

When you submit a tool for listing, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to submit and represent the tool.
  • All information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • The tool does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • You will promptly notify us of any material changes to the tool's features, pricing, or ownership.

Prohibited Tool Categories

The following types of tools will not be listed and, if discovered post-approval, will be removed immediately without prior notice or refund:

  • Scams & fraud: tools designed to deceive, defraud, or financially harm users.
  • Adult & explicit content: tools that generate, distribute, or facilitate pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • Forgery & impersonation: tools used to forge documents, impersonate individuals or organisations, or create deceptive identities.
  • Malware & cyberattacks: tools designed to hack, exploit, infect, or damage systems or networks.
  • Misinformation & deepfakes: tools whose primary purpose is to fabricate or manipulate media to deceive the public.
  • Illegal activities: tools that facilitate drug trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, or any other criminal activity.
  • Harassment & hate: tools designed to harass, stalk, bully, or produce hate speech targeting individuals or groups.
  • Privacy violations: tools that collect, expose, or trade personal data without proper consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws.

Removal policy: We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or permanently remove any listing at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Tools found in violation of these rules will be delisted immediately. Paid featured placements are non-refundable upon removal for policy violations.

5. Featured Listings & Payments

Featured listing fees are charged in USD and processed through Stripe or PayPal. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Featured status is granted for the duration of the paid period and subject to our editorial standards.

6. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is governed by separate affiliate terms provided upon approval. Commissions are paid monthly on verified conversions only. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terminate the program, or remove affiliates at any time for abuse or violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about any tool
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Platform's content without written permission
  • Use the Platform to spam, phish, or distribute malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or click counts by any artificial means
  • Submit a tool on behalf of another party without their authorisation
  • Use fake identities or misrepresent your affiliation with any tool
  • Threaten, harass, or abuse Platform staff or other users

Violations may result in immediate account termination, removal of all associated listings, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AI Agent Arena — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, ratings methodology, and code — is the property of Refinely FZ-LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Tool names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any tool listing. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party tools discovered through our Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refinely FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any third-party tool listed on it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
